about once every few few months, will get what I consider to be nerve pain on the right side of my head. it will start right behind my ear and will usually start moving up my skull from there. during these episodes, I will get sharp jabs of pain that make me cringe and will sometimes make my head twitch just slightly. it will usually last for 3-4 days and has being going on for few years. Taking a couple of pain killers will usually help it but when the pills wear off, it comes right back.
