How To Cure Nausea And Shortness Of Breath After Striking On The Abdomen?
I am a fifty year old woman. At 2130 last evening I fell from my horse and was subsequently stepped on, when the horse reared up and came down striking my right and midline abdomen about 3cm above my navel extending to my ribs just below my rt breast. I have had continued nausea, without emesis and some shortness of breath on standing. I am 140 lbs, 5'8'' with no significant health history.

Hello..As per your narration , you should rule out two things before going further, any rib fracture and local abdominal injury. Its very common to have shortness of breath on rib fracture. Get a chest Xray PA view done along with upper abdomen ultrasonography.For the time being please take followin drugs:
