Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

I have studied your case with diligence.

As per your symptoms there was no history of any injury , and tightness suggest muscle spasm.

There can be internal fibrosis leading swellling ,knot or pain.
Nerve compression can be possible near elbow.
MRI will help in diagnosis.

Till time you can do physiotherapy like ultrasound.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care
