How To Cure Lump Below The Knee Cap?
I fell Jan 27th on ice down on my right knee. A lump developed quickly below my knee cap. Hurt like crazy right then . There is still a large lump like bone. I had an X-ray cause it was work related now they want to send me to ortho. The X-Ray was normal so why bother if it isn't fractured

Hi. There is more to bother if there is no fracture. As the soft tissue injury is more troublesome, difficult to treat and takes more time to heal that the fractures. So go to ortho. till them take rest, do not strain more.
