How To Cure Foot Pain?

Hi, about 45 minutes ago I jumped into the shallow end of the pool and all the weight was located on the ball of my left foot. It really hurts and I don t know what s wrong with it. It hurts to put weight on it and also about 15 minutes ago my lower back on the sane side started hurting and I don t know if its related to that. I m on vacation and I don t know if I should see a Dr when I get back. Please respond soon!

Type of injury sustained by you can result in following injuries:
1) Fracture first metatarsal bone of foot.
2) Acute sprain foot .
3) Strain Lower back.
What is to be done:
Cold compress foot & back.
Pain killer medicine.
Crepe Bandage foot.
Get X Ray foot to rule out fracture tthen appropriate treatment under Orthopedic Surgeon.
