How To Cure Fever Of 104.2 And Discomfort In Ear?

13 year old son currently has fever of 104.2 no dizziness, no nausea, no headache, no stomach ache, no congestion, no coughing, no stuffy nose, no appitie he has body aches, ears ringing and fever of 104.2 His fever began at 3:10 pm temp reading as follows: 3:10pm: 103.8 2 tblsp of motrin 4:15pm 101.6 cool - to room temp bath with epson salt, baking soda, hydrgen peroxide. 4:23 pm 101.8 1 chewable bear asprin. 5:35 pm 104.8 changed bedding and changed clothing 6:00 pm 2 tbls of motrin.6:30pm homemade soup. Please advice what else should i do. How high is too high before I should seek medical treatment ie (emmergency visit)

Is he having any fever, discharge from ear.
If yes then it might be the symptom of acute otitis media.
Fever of 102 degree should be considered high.
I will suggest you to see the doctor.
