How To Cure Fainting Spells?

Hi, I have weird fainting spells that I've had since I was 12 and now i am 19. It's happened around 7 times before, and it happend in class the other day. My teacher was talking about birthing and her c-section and I got very nervous and fainted. The first time was when I got my ears pierced and another time was when I saw my brother in the hospital when he was recovering from surgery. Is there anything I can do to make them stop?

Its not quite clear from the information that u have provided as to what all symptoms you encounter just before the fainting. But from the limited information that i can gather, it seems more like vasovagal syncope which mostly occurs after a episode of stress/ anxiety/ physical fatigue/ fear. I suggest that whenever u feel you are about to faint, try moving your feet up and down at the ankle. Try sitting or lying down whatever might be feasible.Have something cold to drink and the episode might pass. Get a hemoglobin level done as well, to exclude anaemia.
Hope that helps...!!
