How To Cure Dryness And Soreness Completely Under Mustache?
hi there, starting from early last fall, the skin under my mustache is kinda dry and sore. During the middle of the winter, I also got infection and was prescribed Fucidin by a doctor and that cured the infection. But the dryness and soreness remains. I have not been shaving for a few weeks, just trimming my mustache with scissors. Any suggestions ?

I would keep a possibility of seborrheic dermatitis. Face and scalp are rich in sebaceous glands and can develop red, itchy scaly patches at these sites, called seborrheic dermatitis.
I would suggest that you use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g fluticasone propionate cream twice daily for 2 weeks.
That would clear it up.
