General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the tracheo bronchitis. A common infection with majority of the children.
The causative organism should be targeted, probably the organism is resistant to the clamp, and it is a gastric irritant as well, so may precipitate the vomiting.
It is allergic in origin, and it is to be kept in mind.
I advise you to consult a pediatrician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, levocitrizine, montelekast, phenylefrine, theophylline, domperidone, and if necessary steroids may be given.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
