How To Cure Clogged Nose And Difficulty In Swallowing While Suffering From Sinus Infection?

My 20 yr old son got punched in the face 3 years ago. He has had trouble with his sinuses ever since. His nose is always clogged and he has trouble swallowing. He saw specialists, had deviated septum surgery, has been taking acid meds, stopped most dairy, nasal spray..nothing works. right now he can barely swallow and has not eaten all day for fear of choking. We are hoping to get him an MRI FINALLY within 2 weeks.Question; Is there any temporary relief for thick post nasal drip, swallowing??

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern such symptoms may not be due to old history of trauma but this could be due to allergic condition and hyperacidity and this can be best managed with "Tab Loratadine three times in day and Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg once in day" hope this information helps take care.
I find this answer helpful
