How To Cure Burning Sensation At The Tip Of The Right Hand?

I am having burning sensation in the right hand two finger tips. This is accompanied with pain and itching for the last 3 days. It keeps shifting from one finger to another. Sometimes in all the three fingers (Forefinger, Centre and thumb).

Let me know a hospital in Bangalore for the treatment.

Hi,

Burning at tips of fingers may be due to varieties of conditions like anaemia, vitamin B12 deficiecies, thyroid dysfunction,DM, alcohol abuse,tobacco chewing, peripheral vascularinsufficiecies or some unknown disease. You consult dermatologist and have complete investigations to have firm diagnosis. Treatment may be taken according to the disease found. If there is vitamin B12 deficiency,injections of the same may be taken at weekly interval. If there is insufficiency of circulation, pentoxyphylline 400 mg thrice a day may be taken.
Avoid bad habit of tobacco,alcohol or smoking, if they are there. After few weeks of treatment, you may feel better. I hope you got my answer.
