General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that she might be having some scalp infectionlike se4borrhic dermatitis, fungal infection or dandruff infection.
Due to severe itching secondary bacterial infection is common producing oozing lesion.
Consult dermatologist and go for proper diagnosis.
After diagnosis proper treatment can be planned out.
Ok and take care.
