hello i had frenuloplasty last month(11th June), now it is all cured , the stitches are gone, the sores and blemishes are all gone but it left a rather nasty scar on the head of my penis,apart from that i have a mild pain sort of feeling when i touch my penis head even when my trousers rub against it.I wash it with warm salty water every day, is it safe after surgery ? even i apple a cream called NADOXIN as prescribed by the doctor, but still the pain and the small black scar on my penis head is not gone. please advise me what should i do ?
