How To Cure Black Heads ?

I have been suffering with blackheads for about 15 years now. Seems worse now than ever I just turned 31. I hoped they would at least die down by now. There starting to cause open pores and scaring. I just don t know what to do anymore. I don t drink cokes, I eat lots of veggies, and get plenty of rest. I hope you can give me some kind of advise to start healing so I can start living. Thank you for your time.

Hi. Thanks for posting your concern at HCM

Blackheads or open pores can be a cosmetic concern in some. People who have oily skin and large pores are the ones who are commonly affected by blackheads.

In my practice I usually prescribe a tretinoin 0.025% cream once daily at night which usually gets rid of them but you need to apply it once or twice in a week for maintenance of improvement or else they will reform.

take care
regards
