For Biceps pain due to strain simple home remedies are applying ice packs and hot packs for 15 - 20 minutes, avoiding the activity that is causing pain, and regular arm exercise under a qualified physiotherapist guidance will help in alleviating your symptoms.some times if your pain is severe while doing exercise initially you may need pain killers like acetaminophen.better to avoid weight lifting till the pain subsides. the reason for you pain might be minor tear in your biceps muscle or tendon when you pulled something and as this pain is minor physiotherapy is enough( in my view) but it may take 1-2 months for complete pain relief.
