How To Cure Anxiety?

my dad is 75. he suffers from mental angxiety for my health(i am ao.c.d patient.),my carrer, and our finantial limitation. he has enlarged heart,less sleep and indigetion all of which comes from too much mental angxiety. how can i make him peacefull and calm ?
