How To Cure A Strong Pulling On Left Side Of Neck That Hurts While Swallowing?

I have this strong pulling on the left side of my neck right under my jaw. its really hurts to swallow. I can feel it in my ear and my head every time i try to swallow it feels like something deep in my neck on the left side is extremely swollen. It came on very quickly and it makes me grind my teeth together to swallow and forces me to keep trying to swallow. Do you know what this is?

Hello user,
I think its muscle spasm in your neck muscles, most of the times they just require simple oral muscle relaxants drugs to treat it.

You are advised to meet ENT specialist if its not relived by pain medications, as they can look inside your cavities to see for any obvious cause !

hope my info helped you
