How To Cure A Hairline Fracture Noticed On The Left Arm?
I had a hair line fracture in my left arm. I had my plaster removed 2 weeks ago today. I have been in agonising pain, I can t stand it anymore and it is effecting my daily life style. I went to my docter and he said feeling pain is good. This much pain cant be please help?
As you had a hairline fracture and cast for some time this may have made the muscle weakness go up and due to which you aren't feeling comfortable and pain hasn't come down.
I will advise you to do simple shoulder and elbow stabilization exercises and thus the result you pain will be reduced and removed. In case if you need the help of a physiotherapist you can surely find one close to you and undergo session with him for low-intensity stabilization exercises.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
