How To Control The High Blood Sugar In A 45 Year Old Without Medications?

I am 45 years old senior officer in Government sector. I have high fasting blood sugar (Fasting 140 mg/dl) (215 mg/dl 3hours after lunch).So far no drugs are taken to control Blood sugar.
Please advice me

Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

Sir, in the initial stages modification in life style like introducing exercise in daily routine. Low calorie diet, small frequent meals. These would help.
After trying these, if still the blood sugar levels are as high as you said, then we check for HbA1c value. That shows sugar levels for the past 3 months. And if that is higher, we need to go for medication.
