How To Control The Blood Sugar Level?

Greetings I am Diabetic and have sugar level at Fasting 130 to 140 , and taking Glynase, Now in between i ate non veg and colas and it has gone to 170 but with dieting and control i hav brought it down to 150 , One of the doctors suggested Galvamet 50 / 1000 twice , I think its high dose if i can do my exercise i can bring it down still its required to take

I really appreciate your concern, the glucose level that is given here is not that much high and could be treated with some high dosage or changing the medicines but what ever you are taking is okay more over the dosage of this drug need to be changed according to blood glucose level and this need to be done with treating physician only, keep concentration on exercise too, have a nice day.
