How To Control High Cholesterol Level Of 229?

Im a 15 years old bodybuilder, and i dont know why but my cholesterol is really high (229), because of my training Im not allowed to eat any kind of fat or cholesterol (not even meat) mi entire diet is actually chicken, fish , milk (without fat) cereal (a bit in the mornings) and oats. Am I in danger? Is it possible for me to have a heartattack while training or at home?

Hello. Thank you for asking on HCM.

My opinion is that you should not worry about a heart attack from your slightly high, borderline, cholesterol levels. There are certain conditions that can cause heart problems at your age, but even higher cholesterol levels are not one of them. I would go on and recommend that all members of your family should be tested for cholesterol levels. As diet is concerned, add green leafy vegetables and fruit in it.

I hope I was helpful. Take care
