How To Control Heavy Menstrual Bleeding?

hello my names is Teresa, I have been bleeding for over 3 weeks now and I thought it was my period but I have gone though like going on my 4th bag of pads and like ever 2or 3 hours my pad is full with blood and I have not slowed down on the bleeding please help me what should I do.. thank you teresa

hi
i have gone through your question and i can understand your concern.
this type of heavy bleeding for 3-4 weeks is not normal.i will suggest you to visit a obs & gynecology specialist as soon as possible.
this problem is mat be due to
A) Pelvic inflammatory disease:
1) any infection inside your uterus
2)it may be due to any foreign body inside your uterus like iucd,copper-t etc
3)any reminent of blood clot
4) endometrial tumor
5)myometrial fibroid
6) any cervix tumor
7) any malignancy

B) blood disorder

so you need to be get examined
a usg pelvis
and some blood test etc...
