How To Control Hair Fall While Breastfeeding?
Hello doctor.. I am 4months post natal and since past one month I am experiencing severe hair fall and does not seem to come under control.. I understand due to telogen phase it shall continue for 3 months.. but since my severity of hair fall is very great is it preferable for me to take foliglo tabs.. I am breastfeeding the baby for now..Kindly answer to my apprehension..

During ppregnancy hair goes in anagen phase due to hormones and does not shed. These hair shed after labour for about 6 months. Do not worry about this.
You can take multivitamin supplementation during lactation. Take tablet.Anofer daily once and tablet biotin 5mg daily once.
