Hi,

I feel that it is not much of a problem when you have SGPT of 80. What you need to think of is about having 3 times more than normal value of SGPT. It is suggestive of some problems and ratio of SGOT and SGPT should be done to have a clear cut idea, currently I believe you are doing well.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
