How To Control BP As It Gets High During Cold Weather Even With Medication ?
i am 68,weigh 78 kgs ht 167 cms.I am on medication for BP but in cold weather it goes quite high. These days early morning BP is 158/88. I exercise regularly for an hour or so. I take 50 mg of metoprolol in the evening,20 mg of statin at night and Telmichek-H 1 tab in the morning. What should i do?
