How To Confirm A STD?
My muscles feel weak I recently took drugs for asthma Now am having a problem with my sinusis that has phlegms and I feel that I have some scent in my head At times I feel weak and time even though I exercise alot and it makes me not to focus well on my studies And it makes me fell sleepy too. Am always stressed up too. Another problem is when I urinate at times some colourless sticky fluid comes out of my penis I don t see any sign of any sexual transmitted disease. I have not had sex for about 4 to five years now. Any advice on my problems?

Clear fluid that comes before urination is nothing but an urethral secretion which is called as Precum or pre-ejaculatory fluid, not related to semen or any STD or other infection. It is a natural secretion during sexual stimulation meant for washing out the acidic and unwanted deposits of the inner aspect of the urethra.
A simple urine examination will give a clue whether there is any STD or other infection. For some other STD s there are some blood investigations available. You can have the same with guidelines of a physician.
All other symptoms of yours seem to be due to sinusitis or upper respiratory problem.
You can consult an ENT specialist and get well.
