How To Clear Mucus Stuck Between Nose And Throat?
I have a biig chunk of mucus stuck between my nose and my throat. I can breathe, but it s unconfortable, and every time i swallow my saliva i can feel the chunk. I didn t manage to make it come out by snorting or blowing my nose. I can mention that i have pollen allergies and yesterday i smoked more cigarettes than i usually do.

Mucus in nose and throat is probably due to allergy. The symptoms associated with allergy can be controlled with anti-histamines, however, preventing contact with allergens is the best way of avoiding allergy.
