Hello thanks for asking from HCM He is taking alcohol and chars (cannabis). When someone takes multiple psychoactive substances together there is risk of cocktail effect of drugs. The symptoms of him like severe mental disturbance, shouting, violence to others are most likely due to acute psychotic episode. Acute psychosis is some times seen after cannabis intake. Patients become violent, paranoid and abusive. I would advise you to take him to a psychiatrist for proper treatment. Acute psychosis responds to treatment with in a week. Medicines like Haloperidol and Promethagin combination have good results and results in improvement. In mild cases oral drugs like Olanzapine, Qutiapine etc can help.
