How To Avoid Passing Stools After Having Breakfast?

Hi Doctor, I feel to pass stool after eating the breakfast every day, this is creating problem for me like when I am at out side or when ever I do attend for a meeting after eating break fast. Am I normal.? In order to get rid of this problem what should i do please tell me. Thanks, Sri

Hello,

Possible causes of passing stools after breakfast is
1. lactose intolerence.
2. sugar malobsorption.
3. parasites.
4. magnesium overdose.
5. celiac disease.
6. irritable bowel syndrome etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid lactose and gluten contain food.

Use tablet pantoprazole. Get it done stool examination and microscopy.

Use tablet loperamide.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
