How To Avoid Frequent Belching?

I appear to have a cold (fever, sweats, sore throat, sniffly, watery eyes, minor drainage). However, for the first time in my life (I'm 44), I am constantly belching. Deep belches... and as I am rather 'lady-like', this has been startling. What in Hades is going on with me?

Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear while eating and drinking you may swallow excessive air that may cause belching, GERD, gastritis, inflammation of bowel, drinking of carbonated drinks are the causes for belching.

Treatment :use tab simethicone 80 mg twice a day, tab Nexium before breakfast. Avoid carbonated drinks, eat and drink slowly, don't smoke and drink alcohol, skip gum and hard candy, avoid spicy fatty food. If you are symptoms not improved consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
