How To Alleviate Chronic Cramps Behind The Thighs?

Severe cramps behind thighs, nothing is helping. Thought it might be sciatica but both legs now just aching constantly. No relief from Tylenol and very little from Ibuprofen. Cannot take a lot of meds so tried ice, heat etc. Started with right foot toe throbbing, so thought maybe gout. Getting worse and not sleeping all night. I work full time. Can you suggest anything?

Hello,

Kindly, get your Doppler ultrasound done because usually, the pain will not be bilateral in sciatic nerve compression. There is any pelvis pathology it could be, but if there is any vein thrombosis, then the pain would be so severe.

For your problems, it is better you go get examined by any doctor because usually, we get some clues after examination. These problems can be sorted out with online consultation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
