How To Adjust Body To Have Proper Motions Right After Waking Up?

I am 24 years old. I need help on how to adjust my body so that I can have proper motions right when I wake up. Currently the case is that I have motions at one particular time..for example 10 AM. Sometimes when I have to wake up early at 6 AM or for some reason if I sleep late, everything goes for a toss and I am not able to excrete properly.
Please note that your body is not a computer. It wont work like you wish and the stool can not appear in the time when you prefer to have it. Regularity is a very important for general health. If you wake up at the same time, eat healthy breakfast, have no stress, have good diet (fiber rich products, lots of vegetables) and regular physical activity, your stools will be regular. But every person has its own stools pattern. Now if any wake up time changes appear or even a mild stress, the stools patter will change (constipation for some persons can appear, for other diarrhea). So you can not force yourself to have the stool right after waking up if you change the time of it.
