How Soon Can A Blood Test Detect Pregnancy?

i had unprotected sex 2days ago (the day i finished my period) we had sex twice and both times he came inside me. we are wanting another baby so i dont know if its just wishful thinking but today i have had lower cramps and back ache and my breasts feel funny. what are the chances im pregnant? and can i take a test (clear blue) on sunday morning ( a week after sex)?
