Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello kiran, I have studied your case and i would first advise you to get a MRI of the wrist. This MRI will confirm if there is ligament damage or it is only a bony problem. If there is ligament damage than I would recommend you to show it to a sports medicine expert in your city.
A ligament damage might need a reconstructive procedure like Arthroscopy. if it is only bony problem than keeping this splint is sufficient and It will take care of the bony issue. If even after 6 weeks you are feeling uneasyness and painful movements than it is better to plan a surgery to fix that dislocation.
I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other follow up questions.
