How Should Heart Disease With Blockage And Kidney Compression Be Treated?

Dear sir,

i am suffering from heart disease,recommended for CABG treatment. but doctors are telling, that my kidney has been compressed due to angieo treatment. so they postponding the operation. but heart blocks are more in my heart I need your suggestion in this critical situation.

Thanks for your query.
Both facts as told by your doctors are correct.
Dye used in angiography can cause kidney damage and
CABG in patients with damages kidneys carried much higher risk (as high as 7 times.)
Hence, if kidney status can be improved prior to surgery, it should be improved.
