How Should Hand Tingling, Anemia, Fatigue, Memory Loss, Pale Skin Be Treated?

hi m 44 yrs old woman my b 12 levels are on the lower side around 190. I hv all the symptomes .. fatigue,anemia,memory loss,pale skin,memory loss, difficulty in sleeping,confusion, tingling sensation in left hand. How it should be treated.Pleaseeee suggest. thanx
