Hi,

I read carefully all concerns of your husband and I advice the following:
He needs to be exterminated with:
- fecal test plus candida
- colonoscopy
- fecal calprotectine test to get a proper diagnosis.

Otherwise the most probably diagnosis are:
- IBS (which aggravates from coffee)
- large bowel infection or inflammatory bowel disease.

If he has been exterminated than please send me the reports so we can discus more accurately.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
