dear, meaning of mild heart attack may be on seeing on ecg doctors there have found mild changes like st elevation tht reverted spontanously meaning of this is tht blockage in artery of heart is known as heart attack and tht may lead to st elevation and sometimes wht happens tht blockage sometimes get resoved itself leading to t wave inversion but not q wave,q wave means heart demage, after tht patient need to have coronary angiogram in wh dye is put inside the body to find out the whr blockage occured becoz some amt blockage remains even after resolving, and angiogram gives a clear pcture whether to have angioplasty or not ,so they r referring to higher centre for angiogram wh is necessary and u should have it,in the mean time aspirin 150 mg od ,clopidogrel 75 mg od ,atorvastatin 40 mg od shud be started ,these r blood thinners ,along with injection of heparin 5000 Iu for 5 days
