Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi Dear
Welcome to the HCM,
TO 1;80 is supposed to be positive, but usually rising titer on repeat test are supposed to be sure sign of typhoid disease. Medicine for the typhoid are necessary to take for the prescribed duration.
Hope the baby will be alright after completing the course.
Thanks
