How Safe Is Taking Venlor XR For Night Sweats?

Hi, I m on Venlor XR 150mg once a day. I have terrible night sweats and because of this I don s sleep properly and are constantly tired. I have other side-effects as well, but the night sweats are the worst. Please can you advise if I can replace this with something else that will do the same?

the side effects of this drug is minimal and will usually disapper with continued treatment. the side effects include dry mouth, loss of appetite, night sweats, hypertension and sexual problems.
