Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. First of all I'd like to tell you that medicines for seizure disorders should be taken for long periods of time and under proper prescription and supervision of a doctor. In most of individuals with seizure disorder the drugs should be taken for at least 3-5 years regularly. You had good control of seizures with medicines but stopped the drug without consulting the doctor abruptly and this has resulted in relapse of seizures. A lot of individuals develop vertigo while on anti seizure drugs and in most cases dose adjustments help in improvement. As you have developed severe vertigo and vomiting with Eptoin so I dont think the drug should be continued.

Levipill is Levatircacetam and Lobazam is Clobazam. Both are safe drugs for seizures and should be taken regularly. The doses of 1000 mg Levipill and 10 mg of Clobazam are fine and are safe. Please dont stop the treatment and if your vertigo persist then consult your doctor and take any anti vertigo medicine like Betahistine or cinnarizine. This would help in reducing the nausea and you will feel better.

Thanks, I hope this helps you. Take care
