How Safe Is Taking Cinitapride For H.pylori?

Hi, Thanks for taking my question. I am a patient of GERD for last 7 years. I have been managing it with Domperidone 10 mg & 40 mg Nexium OD taken whenever I have symptoms of bloating , belching and dyspepsia. My upper GI endoscopy currently shows no hiatal hernia and no ulceration. I am H.pylori positive. I have been now advised to stop Nexium & Domperidone and instead take Cinitapride 3 mg OD. I am a 47 year old male. Can I expect good results with Cinitapride ?

Cinitapride is not taken for h Pylori infection.. It can be useful for ulcer and bloating thing... For h Pylori you need to take pantocid HP kit twice daily for two weeks... It's a standard treatment for h Pylori which comes in kit of three tablet which need to be taken together...
