Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
Probably you might have Benign Hypertrophy of Prostate.
That's your said to treat it by new innovative and minimally invasive laser removal of prostate called Green Laser Surgery.
In this procedure, excess prostate tissue is vapourised and removed by laser.
It is a great innovative, Because of the following reasons,
1. Provide immediate symptomatic relief.
2. very much minimally invasive
3. No catheter is needed after surgery
4. No deep tissue damage.

Comparing to Trans Urethral Resection of Prostate (TURP), it have shorter hospital stay, short recovery time, Minimal tissue damage, immediate relief and improvement in urinary flow.

Thus it is a safe procedure than Transurethral resection of Prostate.
