How Much Of Vitamin Is Got Through The Pack?

I subscribe to Dr. Weil s healthy aging vitamins. Over the past few months I have been dealing with Polymyalgia Rheumatica and am trying to figure out how much calcium I am getting with the vitamin packs I receive. My Doctor wants to be sure I am taking at least 600mg 2x daily but I can not find anything showing the amount I have in my regimen. Maybe this is the wrong site for me to get an answer about my personal vitamin plan. Can you guide me to the correct site if that is so.

Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Calcium is not a vitamin, it is a mineral. Consult a rheumatologists to prescribe you proper medication. Do not follow regimens you find online. You require strict medical supervision for your condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Deepti Shivakumar
