How Much Of The Liquid You Drink Should You Void In Urine Test?
How much of the liquid you drink should you void in a 24 hour urine test? Specifically, in 24 hours I drank over 7 liters of water and collected 3 liters of urine. A comment was made that I must not be that thirsty/ drinking that much but I am quite thirsty all the time (negative for diabetes).

Hi, Thanks for asking. Based on your query, my opinion is as follows. 1. Fluid loss due to dehydration secondary to exercises, heat etc should be looked into. 2. Also metabolism in body requires plenty of fluids. 3. You can take as much as you want to reduce your thirst. Even ten liters won't be a problem. Hope it helps. Any further queries, happy to help again.
