How Much Magnesium Should I Take?

Hi I am having what I believe are PVC s and read that magnesium helps this. I already take fish oil and glucosamine and condroiten and a Natures Way night vitamin. I am fit and healthy and would like to ask how much magnesium should I take? Thank You

Hi thanks for using HCM
In my opinion PVCs are some times caused by an electrolyte imbalance. Magnesium is the one solution. Potassium, sodium and calcium are also necessary for normal heart function. I would definitely have recommended Magnesium and Fish Oil for your PVCs. You can take 350-400mg a day. Along with that you can add some high Quality Multivitamin and Mineral because it could be other electrolytes that you are particularly sensitive to being out of balance.
