How Much Flax Seeds Can Be Consumed Daily?

My. Husband eats ground up flax seeds every night. Is there a recommended dose? He has gradually gone up from 2 Tbsp. To over half a cup. This seems excessive to me, but am not sure His goal is healthy veins and heart. He has explosive bowel movements that require a toilet cleanup because they make such a mess. That doesn t seem healthy to me .WAs you can tell we have a disagreeing on whether a healing half cup is too much

Flax seeds are no doubt very good to remove clogging in veins ahd indeed good for remain heart healthy. But half cup of Flax seeds daily is too much.

First roast the flax seeds then crus them to the powder and then preserve it.
Flax seeds can produce some heating effects on body which may lead to some serious complications like epistaxis etc..{because flax seeds helps in diluting the blood} if taken in large amount.

The exact dose of flax seeds is half tea spoon with lukewarm water before going to bed.
Also it is recommended to drink a plenty of fluids throughout the day so that all the released toxins flush out of the body.
