How Much Calories Should Be Taken If Want To Lose 25-30 Kgs And Having Current Weight 106 Kgs?

I m 22 years old and my height is 184cm, my weight is 106kg. As i have BMI greater than 31, it really making me worried about my health. Obesity is the only disease i have. I m vegetarian, i also don t consume alcohol and junk foods. I have started 2-3 aerobics exercises at home from last week, as there is no gym near my home. I really don t know how much calorie should i intake everyday or burn everyday. I want to lose 25-30kg weight. Please help doc :(

As I calculated your weight must be 80-84 kg. You need to lose approx 20-22 kg. What is about your family history? someone who has obesity. Are you working? How long do you aerobic exercises and how many times in a week? I need answers of these questions first. and Don't worry!! It is not impossible to lose weight. If you change your lifestyle and diet at some extent. you definitely lose your weight and you can. I will make a diet plan according to you.
