How Much Aspirin Should Be Taken For A Blood Clot In The Heart?

If you cannot get to a doctor or a hospital and you live in an isolated remote area and if you somehow developed blood clots and the only thing you have is Aspirin and you have severe symptoms let s say blood clots have reached your lungs or maybe heart, How many Aspirins would you take in that moment and would you survive if all you had was a bottle of aspirin and no doctor and no hospital

In case of blood clot induced ischemic heart disease, 150 mg aspirin tablet can be taken immediately for improvement. It's not guaranteed that aspirin prevent death because effectiveness depend on severity of symptoms. For thrombus lysis streptokinase needed and angiography is advisable. I suggest you that in such case patient should immediately reffered to hospital.
