Your optimum weight has to be between 62-65kgs.
You cant lose weight by just running or restricting the diet.
You need to have a fully well planned diet pattern for yourself.
You must follow these instructions to lose weight permanently and stay healthy and fit.
1st thing that you must take care of is u will eat your first meal within 10 minutes of waking, it can be a fruit or paratha or some nuts,etc.
then after half an hour have your tea/coffee/milk.
then after 1 1/2 hour have your breafast. from here you will eat every two hourly. this help you to eat less and burn the body fat stored in your body.
along with this you should go for a brisk walk for atleast 45 minutes.
