i am 49 yrs 97 Kg, 173 cm, Minimum walking duration I am 49 years old, 173 cm, 97 Kg wt. How much tiem & distance I have to walk daily.

Welcome to healthcare magic forum.
Your BMI is 32+, which means you are moderately obese.
Your optimum weight has to be between 62-65kgs.
You cant lose weight by just running or restricting the diet.
You need to have a fully well planned diet pattern for yourself.
You must follow these instructions to lose weight permanently and stay healthy and fit.
1st thing that you must take care of is u will eat your first meal within 10 minutes of waking, it can be a fruit or paratha or some nuts,etc.
then after half an hour have your tea/coffee/milk.
then after 1 1/2 hour have your breafast. from here you will eat every two hourly. this help you to eat less and burn the body fat stored in your body.
along with this you should go for a brisk walk for atleast 45 minutes.

You normal BMI is 18.5 to 25. But your BMI is more than that and you are obese. Please consider for change in lifestyle and regulate excessive exercise habit daily to mobilize habit. Daily jogging early morning may be needed. along with this herbal ayurvedic preparation for breaking of fat will be very beneficial for your health. prevent fatty foods.

You Should walk daily 6 Km in around 50 min
Also Cut down to zero Sugar, Rice, Dal, Potatoes, Sweets, bakery items, Cold drinks etc
And take in Plenty Fluids and Green Vegetables

looking at your age height nd body weight u r falling into the obese category. everyday u shuld walk 4-5 km daily, side by side balanced diet plan shuld be derto remain fit and healthy, ideally ur weight shuld be in between 62-68kg. reduce the intake of fat(oil,ghee,butter,fried food,junk food) as well as carbohydrate (rice ,potato,suger)consumption from ur daily diet. also alcohol consumption shuld be stopped if u r hving it as it leads to intra-abdominal fat collection wich is very diffficult to destroy nd restore back to healthy nd fit body.

Your ideal weight is 63 kilos. Restrict diet to 2k calories and jogging everyday for 3 kilometers 6 days a week should do the trick. Avoid sweet and fried items
